Local fix

• -Xjit:disableVirtualGuardTailSplitter
  

Problem summary

• The jit optimizer detected that a loop was unreachable, and
  removed it.  However, a data structure still contained a
  reference to the removed code, causing the compiler to crash
  when it attempted to process the removed code.
  

Problem conclusion

• The faulty optimization (virtual guard tail splitter) was fixed
  to check for removed code before attempting to process it.

     6 R1 SR8 FP3   (6.1.8.3)
