Local fix

Problem summary

  • The problem is caused when the application is run in balanced or
metronome GC mode, and an array is accessed, at a program point
having many other computations nearby causing high "register
pressure". An internal counter in the JIT overflows and the JIT
    crashes as a result.

Problem conclusion

  • The JIT has been fixed to cope with effectively unlimited
    register pressure around array accesses.
