• Restart the TEMS.
  

Problem summary

• The hub monitoring server shutdown occurs after I/O error
  attempting to open QA1DGRPI.IDX.
  
  The hub monitoring server shuts down after I/O error attempting
  to open table index QA1DGRPI.IDX.  An I/O error after attempting
   to open QA1DDYST.IDX and QA1CSITF.IDX also causes the TEMS to
  shut down.
  

Problem conclusion

• Code has been changed to retry the operation by closing and
  reopening the .IDX file.
