  Stack Trace: N/A

  The problem only occurs in multitenant configurations (i.e.
  using -Xmt or -Xtenant options).
  

Local fix

• Workaround 1: do not run under multitenant mode.Workaround 2:
  Increase the minimum heap size to reduce the possibility that
  the problem occurs (e.g. -Xms1G).
  

Problem summary

• Garbage collection was triggered before the JVM had been
  initialized completely. At this stage, some critical GC state
  had not yet been set.
  

Problem conclusion

• The JVM has been updated to initialize all critical GC state
  before any allocation from heap can be performed.
