Problem summary

• The class library JNI natives did not implement the interface
  which is used by J9VM to consider a native library as ZAAP
  enabled.
  

Problem conclusion

• The JDK has been updated to implement the interface for the
  below native libraries to become ZAAP
  enabled.libunpack.solibattach.solibmanagement.soxawt/libmawt.sol
  ibjsound.solibinstrument.solibfontmanager.soheadless/libmawt.sol
  ibsplashscreen.so

  This APAR will be fixed in the following Java Releases:
