• ITNM 3.9 FP3 Linux
  When loading webtools via HTTP Load Balancer the result in the
  browser is plain html code.If the authentification is done
  directly on the TIP server it works fine.
  

Local fix

• Edit the httpd.conf file under "conf" folder
  and edit the following from:
  
  DefaultType text/plain
  to:
  DefaultType text/html
