Local fix
Problem summary
The problem is caused when the JIT compiler optimizes conditional code paths involving floating-point comparisons, and generates incorrect condition code masks in the comparison instructions.
Problem conclusion
This APAR will be fixed in the following Java Releases: 6 R1 SR8 (6.1.8.0) 7 R1 SR1 (7.1.1.0) . The JIT compiler has been updated to ensure proper results from comparisons when NaNs are present.
