Local fix

• Objects can be mistakenly moved by Compact so run with disabled
  Compact -Xnocompactgc would help to avoid related problems
  

Problem summary

• Objects created under critical sections can be mistakenly moved
  by GC at Compact phase. This is Java Specification violation and
  might be a reason for various crashes.
  

Problem conclusion

• This APAR will be fixed in the following Java Releases:
     7 R1 SR1       (7.1.1.0)
     6 R1 SR8       (6.1.8.0)
     7    SR7       (7.0.7.0)
  .
  GC logic has been changed to disable Compact phase of GC in case
  if any of critical sections are active.
