Error description
An issue exists within the IBM Endpoint Manager for Remote Control broker component. A memory leak causes the process to run out of memory after a certain number of sessions. The actual number of sessions depends on certain variables to do with the session itself. Therefore as an estimate it might be 500 sessions.

Users affected: Platform affected: All ( Windows and Linux) Versions affected: 8.2.1, 9.0.0, 9.0.1 and 9.1.0 Component: broker Problem description: Remote control sessions through the broker fail, causing the controller to show a blank grey screen when a broker session is attempted. This issue occurs after the user on the target machine enters the connection code and the session is attempted. Problem summary: A memory leak was detected in the broker that causes the broker to run out of address space after a large number of sessions. After it runs out of address space, no more memory can be allocated, and new sessions will fail.
