Error description

• The IBM Endpoint Manager for Remote Control server service in
  Linux is incorrectly named as ibmtrcserver in the product
  documentation.
  The correct name for the service is trcserver.

Problem summary

• The server service name changed from ibmtrcserver to trcserver
  from IBM Endpoint Manager for Remote Control version 9.0.0
  onwards.
  

Problem conclusion

• Changes have been made to the IBM Endpoint Manager for Remote
  Control version 9.1.0 and version 9.0.x documentation.
  
  The following changes were made to the IBM Endpoint Manager for
  Remote Control Administrators Guide.
  
  Set up for exporting recordings >  Setting up a Linux server for
  exporting recordings.
  
  In step 4 changed the stop command from
  
  /etc/init.d/ibmtrcserver.sh stop
  
  to
  
  /etc/init.d/trcserver.sh stop
  
  In step 6 changed the start command from
  
  /etc/init.d/ibmtrcserver.sh start
  
  to
  
  /etc/init.d/trcserver.sh start
  
  The following changes were made to the IBM Endpoint Manager for
  Remote Control Installation Guide.
  
  Managing the component services > Starting, stopping, or
  restarting the Linux components.
  
  In the server example changed
  
  /sbin/service ibmtrcserver start
  /etc/init.d/ibmtrcserver start
  
  to
  
  /sbin/service trcserver start
  /etc/init.d/trcserver start
  
  The changes will be visible at the next IBM Endpoint
  Manager information center refresh which is scheduled for 2Q /
  3Q of 2014.
