Error description

• Poller should not attempt to recreate a monitor associated with
  an updated entity whose  IP address changed to NULL. It has been
   shown to be possible to receive a managed status change for an
  entity with a new IP address which is NULL resulting in the
  poller coring while trying to recreate the snmp target. We
  should intercept this immediately upon detecting it, ignore the
  update but log a message.
