Error description

  • Steps to Replicate:
    
    Issue with Creating a Workorder with a Asset and Job Plan for
    calibration not crossing over Datasheets
    
    Steps To Reproduce:
    Log in to maxdemo as MAXADMIN
    Go To Planning | Job Plans
    Press Enter
    Click on JPCAL101, or other record that is of ACTIVE status
    On the Work Assets tab verify that there is a Data Sheet
    attached
    (DS102)
    In the Data Sheet field | detail Menu | Go To Data Sheet
    Template
    Verify that the Status is APPR ( YES)
    On the Work Assets tab note the Asset associated in the Asset
    field
    (CAL102)
    Click Return
    Go To Work Orders | Work Order Tracking
    Click the New Work Order button on the toolbar (123433)
    In the Asset field | Select Value | click on the Asset that you
    identified on the Data Sheet in a previous step
    Save the record
    In the Job Plan field | Select Value
    Click the record that you identified in a previous step (Job
    Plan that
    is Active, with an Approved Data Sheet
    associated)
    Save the record
    On the Data Sheet tab the Data Sheet is not populated.

Problem conclusion

  • Datasheets are now working correctly when a workorder is created
