Problem summary
The C++ FE calls opendir(), closedir(), and readdir(). These calls cannot handle 64-bit inodes from RHEL5.9/RHEL6.3 NFS servers. As a result, compilation fails on file systems mounted from these servers with ENOENT.

The problem had been fixed.
