Error description
The Redhat Download Cacher Plugin and Download Cacher Tool stopped working after Redhat made a change to their hosting site. RedhatPlugin.exe versions prior to 2.5 have stopped working. Local fix
A fix for this has been published to the latest version of the Patching Support site. Ensure you have gathered the latest version and then go to the Manage Download Plug-ins dashboard and click on the Upgrade button to upgrade the Redhat Download Cacher Plugin.
