Problem description "The operation was taking too long to complete" error occurred after typing username and password to enroll. If TSP is enabled and TSP group filtering is set, the enrollment will encounter this error.
Temporary instead of group it is possible to use LDAP user
This issue will be addressed in the next release of IBM Endpoint Manager for Mobile v2.6. General availability Q1 2014 (release date subject to change).
