IV51123: THE HORIZONTAL SCROLL BAR DOESN'T APPEAR IN THE SR APPLICATION IN IE7 AND IE9

• Problem description
  The horizontal scroll bar doesn't appear in the SR application
  in IE7 and IE9
  
  Steps to Reproduce:
  
  Login to SCCD as Service Desk user;
  
  Click on an Active SR in the Active SR pod. [Alternatively,
  search for an SR in New or Queued Status]
  
  Observe that the horizontal scroll bar in the browser isn't
  available;
  
  Collapse the left navigation pane and expand it again;
  
  Observe that the horizontal scroll bar in the browser is
  displayed.

  displayed. Additionally, the toolbar navigation buttons are
  wrapped to a second toolbar line.
  

Problem conclusion

• The toolbar navigation buttons are not wrapped and horizontal
  scroll bar appears in the SR application in IE7, IE8 and IE9
