Local fix

Problem summary

• The problem is caused because JVMTI APIs are executed from
  retransformClasses method during JVM shutdown.
  

Problem conclusion

• This defect will be fixed in:
  6.0.0 SR15
  6.0.1 SR7
  7.0.0 SR6
  .
  The JDK has been updated not to throw assertion failure, if the
  JVMTI APIS are executed during JVM shutdown.
