Local fix

Problem summary

  • format-number function outputs incorrect value when the portion
    after the decimal point becomes all zeros after the round-up. In
    that case, the portion before the decimal
    point does not roll-up a value. This produces in incorrect
    result.
    

Problem conclusion

  • This defect will be fixed in:
    7.0.0 SR7
    6.0.1 SR8
    6.0.0 SR16
    .
    Altered format-number function's logic to round numbers
    correctly.
