Problem summary


    

  • Several changes from different components in Java 7 SR4 have
negatively impacted the start up times of WebSphere when
compared to Java 7 SR3 and older.

    



Problem conclusion


    

  • This defect will be fixed in:
7.0.0 SR6
.
A large number of changes related to the heuristics governing
compilations for big applications have been adjusted to reduce
the performance gap.
