Error description

  • ENV - ITNM 3.9 FP3 on Windows env.  DB2 database

Problem: The report output for Bandwidth Utilization Drilldown
and Generic Trend Analysis Drilldown Report (possibly others)
will show garbled characters for the policyname.

Local fix

  • Open the report in Report Studio and go to Condition Explorer
and change the tivoli-nls value from English to Russian
