Error description

  • Error Message: ResourceBundle.getBundle(bundleName, locale,
control) cannot return the cached ResourceBundle which is
created by calling ResourceBundle.getBundle(bundleName, locale)
even though it is not expired.

Local fix

  • N/A

Problem summary

  • The problem is caused by lastLoadTime not set when the
ResourceBundle is created. By default, lastLoadTime is 0. As a
result, it always returns expired when trying to get
ResourceBundle from cache. Thus, the cached ResourceBundle
cannot be returned.

Problem conclusion

  • This defect will be fixed in:
6.0.0 SR15
6.0.1 SR7
.
ResourceBundle has been updated to set the correct lastLoadTime
when it is created.
