Error description

• Problem Description:
  The Tivoli Monitoring server reaches pipe listen limit after
    which no new connections can be made. This limitation was
    found in ITM 6.23 but is known to exist in all versions of
    ITM.
  Detailed Recreation Procedure:
    This limitation is timing and load dependent.
  Related Files and Output:
    The signature of this failure can be seen in the RAS1 log. A
    necessary condition is the message which indicates the limit
    has been reached:

    ..."
