Error description

  • AccessAgent 8.2 conflicting with other applications and causing
the
application to crash/hang.
Steps to Duplicate:
No special steps required. Launch 3rd party application and it
will
sometimes crash if AccessAgent is installed on that particular
machine.
Desired Behavior:
AccessAgent should not cause any interference with
other applications.
Environment: ISAM ESSO v8.2 AccessAgent (8.2.0.1097 and
8.2.0.3330)
Solution: Future iFix / Fixpack to be released.
