IV45548: NOTIFICATION EMAIL DOESN'T SEND RECORD INFO IN THE EMAIL FOR MORE THAN 2 ADDRESSES IN THE NOTIFICATION REQUIREMENT

GSA is using the Email Option > Link Display Option (Linked & Read Only Form, and Read Only Form) options on Notification Content records. The purpose of this is to send a link to the Notification/Linked Record as well as give a print out of the record form in the body of the email message. The options seem to work well when it's 1 or two users, but once you test with 3 or more the results are unpredictable. More than often most users only get the Link for the (Link & Read Only Form) option, while some may get both the link and form displayed in the email. GSA is using this option to send out a small form with about 5 fields and query section of 10 records. It is imperative that this issue work correctly 100% of the time as these notifications are sent to Executives and Management on the client's side.
Notification email will now send record info in the email for more than 2 addresses in the notification requirement. Issue resovled by modifying WF "triNotificationHelper - Resolve Notification Content and send Notification to the associated People" a retrieve task was not getting all the notification link reocrds.
