  • Recreation steps:
    1 - open/create work order
    2 - approve the work order
    3  -select action -> Create -> communication -> pick template
    4  -add an attachment to the communication
    5 - send the communication
    
    6 - create new work order
    7 - approve the work order
    8 - assign a mobile device user to the work order
    9 - login into mobile device
    10 - download the work order
    11 - open work order
    12 - view attachments (will see all communication log
    attachments not
    related to this
    work order)

Problem conclusion
