Error description

    The attachment in the Task section of a WO is not copied
    over whenever the WO ticket is duplicated.
    
    Steps to recreate:
    
    1-  Login to Maximo
    2-  Go to "Work Orders" -> "Work Order Tracking"
    3-  Click "New Work Order" icon on toolbar
    4-  Click "Attachment" icon on the record
    5-  Select "Add New Attachments" -> "Add New File"
    6-  Now you can see the "Create a File Attachment" dialog
    7-  Then, you can attache a file which you would like to attache
    8-  Click "OK" on the dialog
    9-  Move to "Plans"tab
    10- Click "New row" on "Tasks for Work Order <WO-number>"
    section
    11- Click "Attachment" icon on the Task
    12- Select "Add New Attachments" -> "Add New File"
    13- Now you can see the "Create a File Attachment" dialog
    14- Then, you can attache a file which you would like to attache
    15- Click "OK" on the dialog
    16- Click "SAVE" on toolbar
    17- Select "Duplicate Work Order" from "Select Action"
    18- Now, you can see "Duplicate Record" dialog
    19- Check "Duplicate Work Order with its Tasks"
    20- Click "OK" on the dialog
    -> The attachment created in step 5-8 is copied over in the
    duplicated WO.
    
    -> However, the attachment is Task as created in steps 11-15 is
    not copied over to the duplicated WO. This is the problem.

Problem conclusion
