Error description
Error Message: <JIT: FullSpeedDebug: ignoring countString> is printed to the console or JIT verbose log. . Stack Trace: N/A .
Local fix
Since options set by -Xquickstart will be ignored if full speed debug is enabled, do not use -Xquickstart when running with full speed debug.
Problem summary
Since certain JIT options are overridden when using full speed debug, some options set by -Xquickstart will be ignored. The current error message does not provide clear information to the user.
Problem conclusion
This defect will be fixed in: 7.0.0 SR5 6.0.1 SR6 6.0.0 SR14 . When running with -Xquickstart and full speed debug, and a JIT verbose log is specified, a new message, "<JIT: FullSpeedDebug: ignoring -Xquickstart option>" will be printed to the verbose log. This new message makes it clear that the -Xquickstart option has been ignored. If no JIT verbose log is specified, the error message will not be printed.
