Local fix

Problem summary

  • General Loop Unroller (GLU) made a bookkeeping error, leaving
    the JIT data structures in an unexpected state, which caused a
    subsequent optimization to crash.
    

Problem conclusion

    .
    General Loop Unroller was fixed to avoid this error.
