Error description

  • Downloads fail because cURL doesn't substitute %20 for spaces,
as URLMon does

This causes actions scripts that have spaces in the URLs to
fail to download.

Local fix

  • Take the spaces out of the path in the actionscript.

  • We are now conforming to the standard for URL handling we'll
call  this a
correctness adjustment in 9.0.  Actions with URLs containing
spaces should be
changed to use %20 instead.
