The customer is receiving the following error in Web Reports: Error in template function Body: Invalid property result count This error is occurs when the following steps are followed: - Customer logs onto to Web Reports portal. The web reports is version 8.2.1175.0 - They click on Explore Data and get presented the default list of all computers registered to the TEM server. - When they click on a particular computer in the list, I get the error message. "Error in template function Body: Invalid property result count" This error message does not occur for every computer in the list when I click it to get more details on that computer. This is the first time I have seen this error and a search in TEM, Bugzilla, and Google yielded not results. Also even though the error was captured in the Web Reports, I could not determine what was causing the error. Can you assist me in analyzing this issue? I have included a screen shot (steps) capturing these steps, a screen shot of the error being displayed (error), and a Web Reports log capturing this error as attachments to this ticket. Any help you can provide in addressing the cause and solution to this error will be greatly appreciated.
