Error description

• The entityCount field from ncim.domainSummary table should store
  the number of entities in the domain.
  However,  count(*) from  ncim.entity table is not equal
  with entityCount value
  This value suppose to be updated at the end of each discovery.
  
  The problem occurs only on ITNM 3.9 version
