Error description

  • In Mobile Inventory Management, when creating a new issue and
    using the
    'Save and Issue with Same Details' option, after committing
    transactions
    to Maximo core, some of the Items are missing GL Debit Accounts
    under
    the Actuals tab of the WO.
    
    1. Open up Mobile Inventory Management
    2. Select 'Issues'
    3. Select  'Create New Issue'
    4. Enter Item #, Quantity, and Work Order
    5. Select 'Save and Issue with the Same Details'
    6. Enter another Item #
    7. Continue entering item #'s and selecting 'Save and Issue with
    the
    Same Details' between each
    8. When finished with items select 'Save and Return to List'
    9. Go to Review List screen
    10. Select 'Commit All Transactions'
    11. Confirm Commit
    12. Wait a few minutes for transactions to load to Maximo
    13. Review transactions in Maximo (WOTRACK > ACTUALS). GL Debit
    account
    is missing for many of the items.

Problem conclusion

  • During the process the application was incorrectly overwriting
    the GL debit account with no value. The problem was fixed
    keeping the value set by Maximo.
