In the case that Fixlet (or task, analysis, baseline, action)
    name
contains Japanese, the name doesn't appear in the client log.
It seems to be a bug in Ver9.

    Example
    --------------
    Case 1
    --------------
action name: custom Fixlet ---------> appear
action name: トfト トjトwト?ト\トフトhト トᆰトフトn ---------> NOT
    appear like
    "Relevant - (fixlet:136)"

    --------------
    Case 2
    --------------
Any multi action name (baseline action) won't be output even if
    it
    contains only English.

    <example>
action name: custom baseline action ---------> NOT appear

    ----------------------------------------------------------------
    ----
Check the relevant contents output at 16:17:25 in
    "20130515.log."

Below is an example of custom Fixlets.
    Please compare them in "20130516.log."

     Fixlet:111 - ???? ?????
