Error description

• The problem is exposed when an expression is used to specified
  an unnamed bitfield width rather than integer literal. In
  addition to that, the type of expression needs to be different
  from the bitfield type.
  
  The following message might be incorrectly issued even though
  the type of bitfield is not long:
  
  1540-1639 (I) The behavior of long type bit fields has changed
  from previous releases of this compiler.  In 64-bit mode, long
  type bit fields now default to long, not int.
