Local fix

Problem summary

  • Printer attributes are read by Java Runtime using lpstat command
on AIX platform whose output is saved in a temporary file prn*
in temp directory. These files are deleted after the successful
execution of the command. The lpstat command is constructed
with incorrect parameter for reading the printer attribute
QueueJobCount and resulted in failure always returning 0. The
prn* temporary file are not deleted in the error path currently
which resulted in the accumulation of zero size prn* files in
    the temp directory.

Problem conclusion

  • This defect will be fixed in:
    6.0.0 SR14
    6.0.1 SR6
    7.0.0 SR5
    .
The JDK has been updated to pass the correct parameter to lpstat
command and delete the temporary file in the error path
