RECREATE INSTRUCTIONS: 1) Log in to the TEPS and open the Administer Users GUI 2) Select the User Groups tab 3) Select any user group and select the Members tab 4) Assign any user into the group 5) Select Apply and wait for a few seconds 6) Select OK 7) Re-enter the Administer Users GUI under the Members tab of the user group from step 3 8) Assign another user into the group 9) Select Apply and then immediately OK 10) Re-enter the Administer Users GUI and review the Members tab of the group from step 3. Note that the assigned list is empty.
Click OK instead of Apply followed by OK or click Apply and wait for the busy pointer to clear before clicking OK.
In the portal client, clicking "Apply" followed by "OK" in User Administration window clears the Assigned list. When adding a user into a group in the User Administration window and the "OK" button is pressed immediately after pressing the "Apply" button, all members are removed from the group.
