Error description
For some agent instances, cannot retrieve data from the Process(Superceded) workspace. Agent log has message "Cannot get process performance data from WMI (Error 0x8004103c).
Local fix
Problem summary
CPU utilization metrics unavailable if process name longer than 32 characters. If at least one process with base name longer than 32 characters is running on a Windows server, then "% Privileged Time", "% Processor Time" and "% User Time" attributes are reported as "Unavailable" for all the processes.
Problem conclusion
Internal field size extended from 32 to 256 characters. Error condition on a single process no longer affecting other processes. The fix for this APAR is contained in the following maintenance packages: | fix pack | 6.3.0-TIV-ITM-FP0001
