Error description

• Some timestamp options are missing when trying to create a
  situation.
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• Not all expected attributes are available for selection for a
  situation formula. Situation formula expressions include the
  ability to compare the value of one attribute to the value
  assigned to a different attribute.  Both of these attributes
  must be of the same type (e.g., timestamp attributes can only be
   compared with other timestamp attributes), and often belong to
  the same attribute group. The attribute being compared can be
  selected from a drop-down list activated when the value cell in
  the situation formula is double-clicked using the mouse.
  
  The list of available attributes presented in the drop-down list
  was incomplete. In particular, attributes from the common
  attribute groups that are shared by all ITM applications were
  not present in the selection list.
  

Problem conclusion

• A fix was made to the area of the portal where the attribute
  selection list is created to ensure that the eligible attributes
   found in the common attribute groups were included in the final
   list presented to the end-user for selection.
  
  The fix for this APAR is included in the following maintenance
  vehicle:

Temporary fix

• If the fully-qualified name of the attribute to be compared is
  known, that identifier can be entered directly into the value
  cell associated with the situation formula. Using this approach,
   the attribute selection drop-down list would not be used.
