Error description

  • The PV as left input and output are not correct for an asset
using a data sheet that is shared with other assets. It appears
the previous values are being populated from the asset that
was last completed using that same data sheet.

    Calibration 7.1.20 Base Services 7.1.1.10

    Steps to reproduce:
    ORG - EAGLENA
    1) Create 2 Calibration Asset and set to Active - CAL101 ,
    CAL102
    2) Create an Analog Data Sheet as system level - DS101
Input Range 100.00 to 300.00 psi
Output Range 4.00 to 20.00 ma
    Tolerance 1 -1.00 to 1.00 EU FAIL
    Calibration Point 1 - Nominal Input 100.00
    Set DS to APPR
    3) Create a JP with Work Asset Cal101 and DS101 - JPCAL101
    4) Create a JP with Work Asset Cal102 and DS101 - JPCAL102
    5) Create a PM for CAL101 and JPCAL101 and worktype=CAL and WO
    Status = APPR
    6) Create a PM for CAL102 and JPCAL102 and worktype=CAL and WO
    Status = APPR
    7) Generate PM for CAL101 - uncheck frequency criteria
Go to WO generated and Data Sheet tab
Note: should not see previous values - should be null.
Enter As found 100.00 and 4.00 and As Left 100.00 and 4.00
Enter a tool - ie pump and glaccount#
    Save WO
    Close the WO
    8) Generate PM for CAL102 - uncheck frequency criteria
Go to WO generated and Data Sheet tab
Note: should not see previous values of 100.00 from WO with
asset CAL101 on DS. - should be null.
Enter As found 101.00 and 5.00 and As Left 101.00 and 5.00
Enter a tool - ie pump and glaccount#
    Close the WO
    9) Generate PM for CAL101 - uncheck frequency criteria
Go to WO generated and Data Sheet tab
Note: should see previous values of 100.00 from WO with asset
CAL101 on DS. - should not see 101.00/5.00 from CAL102 work
    order.
Enter As found 103.00 and 4.50 and As Left 103.00 and 4.50
Enter a tool - ie pump and glaccount#
    Save WO
    Close the WO
    10) Generate PM for CAL102 - uncheck frequency criteria
Go to WO generated and Data Sheet tab
Note: should not see previous values of 103.00 from WO with
asset CAL101 on DS. - should be 101.00/5.00 in previous value
    fields.
Enter As found 100.00 and 4.20 and As Left 100.00 and 4.20
Enter a tool - ie pump and glaccount#
    Save WO
    Close the WO

Change Default Site ID so ORG is EAGLESA
    1) Create Calibration Asset and set to Active - CAL102
    2) Create a JP with Work Asset Cal102 and DS101 - JPC102
    3) Create a PM for CAL102 and JPC102 and worktype=CAL and WO
    Status = APPR
    4) Generate PM for CAL102 - uncheck frequency criteria
Go to WO generated and Data Sheet tab
Note: should not see previous values - should be null as the
Asset is associated with a different SITEID,
Enter As found 100.50 and 4.66 and As Left 100.50 and 4.66
Enter a tool - ie pump and glaccount#
    Close the WO
    5) Generate PM for CAL102 - uncheck frequency criteria
Go to WO generated and Data Sheet tab
Note: should see previous values for CAL102 100.50 and 4.66
Enter As found 100.00 and 4.20 and As Left 100.00 and 4.20
Enter a tool - ie pump and glaccount#
    Close the WO
