Local fix

Problem summary

• There is no validation to ensure that  AccessibleContext for the
  AccessibleJList is not null while trying to perform accessible
  operation.
  

Problem conclusion

• This defect will be fixed in:
  6.0.0 SR14
  6.0.1 SR6
  7.0.0 SR6
  .
   The JDK has been updated to add the validation to ensure that
  current AccessibleContext for the AccessibleJList in not null
  while accessing it.
