  • The customer would like to know if the reason for the long
    running patch helper WFs running for two days may have been
    caused by the Work Task records not having the GeographyName,
    OrgName, and LocName fields populated.

    run.
    

Problem conclusion

  • Will update future Release Notes with the following text at the
    end of the first paragraph in the "Import Patch Helper Record"
    section:  Some patch helpers may take a long time to complete.
