Environment: The Monitoring Agent for UNIX Logs 6.2.2 Problem Description: when the description of a syslog entry is longer than 768 characters it's represented by a blank line in the portal (Description Unicode field) and the situation that should capture the log doesn't raise.
Local fix
Workaround: use Description field instead of Description Unicode
