Error description

  • 1. Go to the Locations tab
    2. Search for a location and choose a location from the list
    3. Select Menu>View(Location)>View Location's Assets to go to
    the "Location's Assets" screen.
    4. Select "Audit this Location" to go to the "Audit Location"
    screen.
    5. Scan asset barcodes to audit the assets.
    Seems to be an intermittent issue sometimes you will get an
    error No record found for asset ###### but if you look at the
    locations asset screen the asset is there and is now italicized
