Error description

  • Customer opened a sev1 PMR reporting that the Dataprovider is
    either crashing or being killed.
    
    Dataprovider error in the event log (system) shows that
    Dataprovider did not respond for 30 seconds.  Error code 7011.
     The times/dates of this error, corresponds with the outages
    they reported
    

Local fix

  • Log Citrix users off of the Citrix Terminal Server
    

Problem summary

  • Deadlock found between Sync.exe and Dataprovider.exe.
    

Problem conclusion

  • Fix to be provided in ISAM ESSO AccessAgent Interim Fix 18
