  We experience errors (two) when selecting reserved items in
  "Inventory
  Usage"-application. See attached file for details.

  To create this example, we need to find an Inventory item with
  inventory.internal = 1
  I?ve used:
  Item: 560-00
  Storeroom : GARAGE
  Site: BEDFORD
  Reorder information:
  Internal: Yes
  Storeroom: CENTRAL
  Storeroom Site: BEDFORD
  Create Purchase Order

  Create a new puchase order
  Got ponum= 1094 in this example

  Click ?New Row? button

  As we can see the reserved quantity has been recalculated to
  show the
  remaining reservation and Actual quantity shows how much have
  been
  shipped.

  As we can see, remaining reserved quantity is 3.

  Look at the proposed quantity. It?s 2 and not 3 as in the last

  This is an issue, but there?s a bigger issue still to come. We

  need to do one more shipment to see that one

  This information is correct.

  Where did the reservation go?
  We still have 2 in reserved quantity on the purcase order.
  
  Cause and Impact
  I logged out the sql and found out that Maximo uses following
  condition
  in the where clause :
  (reservedqty - pendingqty - stagedqty - shippedqty > 0)
  Therefore as soon as reserved quanitity is less than or equal to
  shipped
  quantity the reservation is not shown. This is a bigger issue
  than the
  incorrect proposed quantity seen earlier.
  This caues puchase order to not be completely received since
  users can?t
  find the reservations.
