IV37406: ACM 7501 PLUSALEVENT REFERS TO A PMMETER RECORD WHICH NO LONGER EXISTS.

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The steps to reproduce are as follows:
  
  1) Create a PM against an ACM managed Asset with a meter based
  frequency.
  2) Make the PM Active.
  3) Remove the PM Meter record created above, save the PM and
  then re-add it.
  4) View the Maintenance Plan tab of the associated Asset. The
  table now shows two lines for the PM, one with lots of blank
  information as the record (PLUSALEVENT) refers to a PMMETER
  record which no longer exists.

Problem conclusion

• Added code to ensure Maintenance Plan is removed if the
  associated PM Meter is deleted. Also added validation to prevent
  removal of PM Meter if there is an associated open work order.
