  • Cannot remotely reboot servers that have AccessAgent installed
    
    Description:    When AccessAgent is installed on Windows Server
    2003,
    and engina is used, remote reboot requests are not processed
    without
    requiring a user  to access the console
    Steps to Duplicate:   Install AA on Windows 2003 Server and try
    to send
    a remote reboot command to it.
    Desired Behavior:    Be able to remotely reboot machine
    Environment:   AA 8.2 / Windows Server 2003
