Error description

• The fix is to add the port to ifIndex mapping into the
  StandardSwitch agent while parsing dot1qVlanCurrentEgressPorts
  data.fix to be provided when Huawei have their
  dot1qVlanCurrentEgressPorts data fixed.

Problem conclusion

• The Huawei device uses dot1dBasePortIfIndex to map the port
  number (PortList) into interface index. StandardSwitch agent
  code does not perform this mapping while discovering VLAN
  information.
  
  The StandardSwitch agent has been updated to add the port to
  ifIndex mapping into the StandardSwitch agent while parsing
  dot1qVlanCurrentEgressPorts data.
