Problem summary

  • Problem Description:
A user in the System Monitor role is not authorized to view
active event handler instances to a given process instance. As a
result a user in the System Monitor role cannot see the complete
information about a process instance and a
    NotAuthorizedException
(CWWBE0133E) is found in the System log.

    Problem Summary:
In the current implementation the API process instance action
'GETACTIVEEVENTHANDLER' is only allowed for users that have
    explicit
reader rights, but is not allowed for users in the System
    Monitor role.

Problem conclusion

  • With this fix, also users in the System Monitor roles are
allowed to perform the API process instance action
    'GETACTIVEEVENTHANDLER'.
