  Description: Trying to change the status on a Work Order (any
  status)
  on which no Asset has been entered results in error message:
  "BMXAA4590E - Could not change Work Order xxxxx status to COMP.
  null"
  
  Steps to reproduce:
  
  1- Create a new Work Order (in the Work Order Tracking (Tr)
  application)... leave all default values.
  2- Select Action -> Change Status
  3- Select a status (any), click OK
  4- Error message is shown:BMXAA4590E - Could not change Work
  Order
  xxxxx status to COMP.  null"
  
  
  
  The server logs do not show anything related to this error.
